This autumn Phoenix Art Space is taking part in the Platform Graduate Award for the second year running. The award is an initiative to support emerging graduate artistic talent and to further their practice following graduation. It has been running in the South East region since 2012. This year the award will be supported by four gallery partners; Aspex in Portsmouth, MK Gallery in Milton Keynes, Modern Art Oxford, as well as Phoenix Art Space. The selected artists will feature in exhibitions at each venue, showcasing emerging talent in the region.

We are very excited to announce our selected graduates, who will be exhibiting in the Main Gallery from 9 October – 7 November. Congratulations to Nina Fisher, Anja Blau, and Ainoa Burgos Gonzalez (Brighton University); Katherine Jane Weston Smith, and Harriet McMorrow-Purcell (East Sussex College); and Ross Partleton (MET).
