At Phoenix, this includes providing gender-neutral options. We recognise that people come to these conversations with a range of experiences, needs, and perspectives, and we aim to offer inclusive choices that reflect that. Phoenix is proud to stand alongside other arts and cultural organisations in writing to the Equality and Human Rights Commission to ask them to consult meaningfully with trans, non-binary, and intersex communities before proposing or implementing any legislation that may impact them.
