Life Drawing (Evening)
Drawing the human body has always been a source of perpetual fascination.
Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to practice life drawing this course will help you to develop your observational skills and confidence. Working with a life model and using a range of short and long poses you will develop an understanding of proportion, space, light and tone, as well as the appropriate use of materials.
All levels welcome.
N.B. No class 18 February.
Some basic materials and paper will be provided however it is recommended that students supplement these with their own preferences, suggestions include: a range of graphite pencils, eraser, pencil sharpener, charcoal and craft knife.
Carolyn has a BA Hons in Fine Art and MA in painting from Central Saint Martins School of Art. Carolyn has a broad experience in the teaching of art and design across both HE and FE sectors including ten years at Chelsea College of Art. Carolyn has exhibited in a number of galleries in both group and solo shows.
